Fitness & Mobility


Training during the retreat is structured around performance, variety, and balance. 

Each day includes up to five sessions, combining cross training, strength training, all-round fitness, Muay Thai, boot camp–style and spinninng workouts.

Hyrox training is included five times per week, always scheduled at the end of the day to build running capacity, strength, and race-specific fitness. Each Friday features a Hyrox simulation workout to test your progress and apply what you’ve built throughout the week.

Nutrition & Recovery


To support performance and recovery: two meals per daybreakfast and lunch — are provided directly at the training site, making it easy to focus fully on training.  A delicious protein shake is also included daily to support muscle recovery and overall energy levels. Meals are healthy, calorie-balanced, and designed to fuel intense sessions.

Recovery is a key part of the program. Sauna and ice bath sessions are scheduled three times per week, helping the body recover, reduce fatigue, and stay resilient throughout the retreat. 

Accommodation

Accommodation is located within walking distance of the training camp, staying in comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, balconies, and free WiFi, creating a relaxed and functional environment for recovery and focus. Each room includes a kitchenette and dining area, offering flexibility for personal routines. The property also features a year-round outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling down between sessions, as well as shared spaces to relax or work remotely.
